Refund Policy
At Royalty Rentals, we strive to provide exceptional service and products. If you are not completely satisfied with your rental experience, please review our refund policy below.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled rental date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled rental date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the rented equipment upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues and provide a replacement or refund if necessary. All returned equipment must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
Damaged or Missing Equipment
You are responsible for the rented equipment during the rental period. If any equipment is damaged, lost, or not returned, additional fees may apply. These fees will be based on the replacement cost of the equipment and any associated expenses.
Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer service team. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Exceptions
In the event of severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify our refund policy as needed. We will communicate any changes to affected customers as soon as possible.
