Spooky Halloween Treats

3 oz. cream cheese

2 tbsp. unsalted butter

1 c. confectioners’ sugar

3½ oz. semisweet chocolate

2 round baked chocolate cake layers

4 oz. white chocolate

7 oz. extra-bittersweet chocolate

½ c. Toasted pumpkin seeds

12 black licorice whips

1 13-x-9″ pan fudgy brownie, baked and cooled

1/2 c. Chocolate frosting

7 Oreo cookies, halved and stuffing removed

11 oz. chocolate

2 c. black sanding sugars

28 royal icing eyes or red mini M&Ms

Panna Cotta (the white of the eye)

2 tblspn agar-agar (vegan gelatin) {if you aren’t worried about vegan-izing this, just use 1 tblspn of regular gelatin)

2 cups coconut milk

1 tspn vanilla extract

1 tblspn water

pinch of salt

3 tblspn granulated sugar

Kiwi (iris)

1 kiwi fruit

Syrup (blood)

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup strawberries

Chocolate Covered Coffee Bean (pupil)

2 Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans (you can also use a chocolate covered yogurt, but I don;t like those–milk, you see)
